2. Can I order a sample before bulk production?

Yes. We will provide a pre-production sample for approval before bulk production begins.

3. What is your production time?

Samples: 3–7 days
Bulk production: 10–25 days
Shipping: 3–10 days (air shipping)

Production time may vary depending on design complexity and peak seasons.

4. What file format do you need for my logo?
We accept: AI (Adobe Illustrator) EPS PDF (vector preferred) High-resolution PNG 👉 Vector files ensure the best embroidery results.
5. Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. We can match your brand colors using: Pantone color system RGB / HEX values Fabric dye matching Color samples can be provided before mass production for confirmation.

2. Free Design & Quote

Provide a detailed quotation
Create a free mock-up for your approval

3. Sample Production

Once confirmed, we will produce a pre-production sample.

Sample time: 3–7 days
Used to confirm design, color, and quality
